What are the office hours?

Office hours for all branches:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Saturdays: 8am to 3:00 pm.

At what time can I access my storage?

You can access 365 days a year:

Monday to Sunday: 6:00 am to 9:00 pm.

*There may be changes in the schedules, these would be notified in advance.

Can I do the entire rental process online?

What safety measures are we taking against COVID-19?

  • We have introduced improved cleaning protocols throughout our facilities, with a particular focus on high touch areas.
  • We have strengthened hygiene and hand washing practices. We also encourage all clients to wash their hands frequently during their visits for at least 20 seconds.
  • We have installed additional disinfection stations at all of our locations.
  • We encourage both employees and clients not to get involved in personal contacts, like shaking hands.

Do I need insurance for my self-storage units?

Yes, all stored goods must be insured, we offer different policies that are adjusted to the value of your belongings. You need insurance because if you value your assets, you must insure them. Our self-storage facilities require you to be covered by insurance, either personal or you can take the one offered by MEGA Storage when you move out.

 

How long is the minimum rental time?

All of our leases are month to month, minimum one month. Only before delivery should you notify us of your departure 30 days in advance.

When should I make the payment?

Payment must be made during the first four (4) days of the month.

What is a self-storage unit?

It is the extension of your home, business or office in terms of space at a more accessible price.

How is the process to rent a self-storage unit?

If you are a Natural Person:

  1. Signing the contract
  2. Present a copy of identity card or passport
  3. Make the payment of the first month’s rent and the guarantee deposit. The guarantee deposit is equal to the amount of the monthly rent and is returned 15 days after the client vacates the self-storage unit (by check).
  4. Delivery of a padlock with its key and two copies for the exclusive use of the client.

If you are a Legal Person (Companies):

  1. Signature of the contract.
  2. Present a copy of the identity card or passport of the Legal Representative.
  3. Submit a copy of the Notice of Operation.
  4. Make the payment of the first month’s rent and the guarantee deposit. The guarantee deposit is equal to the amount of the monthly rent and is returned 15 days after the client vacates the self-storage unit (by check).
  5. Delivery of a padlock with its key and two copies for the exclusive use of the client.
